Our role
Venture Staff is a recruiting and staffing agency. We source, screen, and present candidates. We are not an employer of record. Any person you hire is engaged and paid directly by you, typically as an independent international contractor.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own compliance, tax withholding, worker classification, and labor-law obligations related to anyone you hire. We can point you to partners who help with this, but the obligation remains yours.
Fees & guarantee
Placement fees, membership terms, and the replacement guarantee are set out in the written service agreement you sign before we begin sourcing. That agreement governs in the event of any conflict with this page.
